If you place an order for the monthly playdough, it will be shipped out the Monday after the final order date. The final order date is always the first Friday of the month. There is a shipping schedule posted on the webiste. If you order specialty playdough or an "add-on", it will ship within 2-3 days. All shipments go out Priority Mail and you will receive a tracking number via e-mail. If you do not recieve a tracking number please contact me! playdoughofthemonthclub@yahoo.com

Refunds and Exchanges
I will guarantee your playdough for 30 days. That 30 days starts the day that you receive the playdough. I can go back and check the day of delivery. After 30 days, all sales are final and items will not be replaced or refunded. A refund WILL NOT be given for playdough that you won, or was sent to you for FREE! Please contact me if you have any questions or concerns about the playdough that you have received.
You will have a choice or a refund or exchange as long as it is within the 30 days. The exchange may not be the exact playdough that you are exchanging.
